Track 7, “Thirst,” dances around trance and downtempo without really being classified as either one. The drops feature a super gnarly (in my mind “knuckle-y”) bass made in the one and only, the legendary, Serum. The whispered vocal is a recording I made of Psalm 42, which was originally used for an entirely different track. It fit perfectly here and helped sell the strange surrealist sonic environment of the piece.
